These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SIB PRO PAINTERS website, submission of information through our website or other communication channels, and communications between you and SIB PRO PAINTERS.
By using this website or voluntarily submitting information to us, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions. These website terms do not replace, modify, or become a substitute for any written painting or home improvement contract entered into between SIB PRO PAINTERS and a customer.

Service descriptions, photographs, examples of completed work, estimated project types, service areas, and other website content do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee that a particular service, product, schedule, price, color, coating, or result will be available for every project.
Every property and painting project is different. Final scope, preparation, materials, pricing, payment terms, project schedule, and other project-specific requirements will be established in a written estimate, proposal, or contract where applicable.
2. Estimates and Project Agreements
Requests submitted through this website are requests for information or estimates only. Submitting a form, sending a text message or email, or speaking with SIB PRO PAINTERS does not by itself create a binding agreement to perform work.
A project becomes subject to the terms of the applicable written agreement, proposal, or home improvement contract accepted by the customer and SIB PRO PAINTERS.
If there is any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed project contract, the signed project contract will control with respect to the project, except that nothing in either document is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
3. Pennsylvania Home Improvement Projects
Residential painting and related home improvement work in Pennsylvania may be subject to the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act and other applicable consumer protection laws.
When Pennsylvania law requires a written home improvement contract, the project contract will contain the information, notices, project terms, cancellation rights, and other disclosures required by applicable law. 4. Permission to Contact You
